We want to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. We ask for courteous respect for neighbors and the property, so that others can enjoy the unique opportunity of staying in the Cottages on Armstrong
All cottages are non-smoking facilities. We also ask for you to take care in keeping the grounds and area clean and free from materials harmful to the ground and ecosystems that exist in our local vineyards. We practice composting and plantings with soil health and biodiversity in mind that encourage healthy farming practices and safe groundwater.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds given up to ten days prior to your arrival date, less a $30.00 cancellation charge per cottage. With less than seven days notice, refunds possible only if rooms can be re-booked. If we are unable to re-book your room, a one-night stay will be charged to your credit card.

Large Group (Weddings, Family Reunions, Corporate Events) Policy:
We would like to welcome your group to Cottages on Armstrong. So that they (and you and we) enjoy their stay, we ask that you follow the following policies:
Large groups are defined as groups that require two (2) or more cottages (of our total of three) rented by (or on behalf of) the same party or event (wedding, family reunion, corporate event, etc.). All large group rentals must be pre-approved at the time of reservation (to avoid confusion later).
There is a requirement of an advance and non-refundable (except as noted below) payment of 50% (one half) of the total anticipated room rental and local tax for multi-night stays; the remainder is due 14 days before check-in. The balance will be charged to the same credit card that was used for your advance payment unless other arrangements have been made. For one (1) night large group stays, we require 100% of the amount (also non-refundable) be paid at time of reservation.
Cancellations that are made 60 or more days before the scheduled group arrival will result in partial refund of the advance payment, minus a charge of $50 per cottage (to cover processing costs). |
